" With over three decades of experience in sales, marketing, and business development for international companies, I have built a career on creating meaningful solutions that both help people and strengthen businesses.
My journey took a decisive turn when I received a cancer diagnosis in 2012. This profound experience led me into deep self-study of health, nutrition, and the body's innate healing capacity. What began as a personal quest for understanding became the foundation for founding Norwegian Purity in 2015. Through this work, I developed comprehensive insight into omega-3 production, quality standards, and the complex processes from raw material to finished product on the shelf.
It wasn't until the years leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic that I truly immersed myself in the science of gut health and the gut-brain-behavior connection, captivated by the biological evidence showing how our microbiome fundamentally shapes our mental clarity, emotional balance, and human behavior – a field that has become my burning passion over the past several years.
Today, I run Next Purity AS, where I combine my business experience with my expertise as a certified health coach specializing in gut health and the gut-brain axis. This combination gives me a unique perspective on both business operations and human development.

I assist health businesses and entrepreneurs in developing their own premium omega-3 products. In collaboration with Norway's oldest oil producer, I offer tailored solutions from supplier selection to final marketing. With established relationships with leading Nordic suppliers and European manufacturing facilities, I serve as your strategic partner from concept to launch.
Next Pure Journey
Through my family connection to Egypt, I have deep local understanding and networks that make me the ideal partner for exclusive wellness travel. I organize transformative experiences in El Gouna for individuals, communities, and groups seeking personal escape or collective transformation. Whether it's a wellness retreat for your yoga community, a workation for your team, or a personal journey of renewal, each experience is personally curated with carefully selected partners I trust one hundred percent, creating safe surroundings for genuine immersion, rest, and personal development.
Self Mastery & Health Coaching
With my background as a health coach and life experience, I support individuals and organizations in navigating complex challenges. I combine practical business strategies with a holistic understanding of how inner balance affects outer results. I am especially passionate about equipping young people between 12-20 years with tools for self mastery, something I had to learn through the school of experience at a very early age.
